BASIC PROVISIONS

Article I

1. The purchase and sale of foreign currency at the currency exchange office is conducted according to the current exchange rates posted atthe branches.
2. The company reserves the right to change the exchange rate during business hours.
3. We update the exchange rate list every day before opening, and rates may change during the day.
4. The exchange rate list published on the website is for informational purposes only. The information contained therein is NOT legally binding.Exchanges are always conducted in accordance with Article I, Section 1. Although the information is updated regularly on business days, for technical reasons it may not appear on the website. All information required by law to be disclosed is available in printed form at the branch, where the Client may view it during business hours.
5. The exchange of foreign currency for euros cannot be paid for with payment cards. According to the law, “A foreign exchange license authorizes its holder to conduct foreign exchange transactions within the scope of currency exchange activities, the purpose of which is the sale of funds in foreign currency for euros in cash.”  
6. After receiving the paid amount, the customer is required to inspect the banknotes and count the money received; no complaints will be accepted at a later time.
7. The currency exchange office is not required to break large bills.
8. The currency exchange office is open during the following hours:
Mon–Fri: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Sat–Sun: CLOSED

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CURRENCY EXCHANGE FOR FOREIGN CURRENCY TRADING

Article II

1. Currency exchange is free of charge.
2. Before each currency exchange, the client receives information about the upcoming transaction, which specifies the currency the client is selling or buying and how many euros they will receive or pay. The currency exchange receipt is issued in two copies, one of which is given to the client and the other retained by the company.
3. For transactions exceeding 1,000 EUR, we require the presentation of an ID card or passport.
4. For transactions exceeding 15,000 EUR, the company requires the customer to verify the source of the funds and provide a signed affidavit. 5. The company buys CZK, GBP, PLN, CHF, and HUF coins in any quantity.
6. The company also buys expired banknotes: GBP, CHF, CZK, HUF, HRK, and USD.
7. The company is obligated to pay the client the full amount specified in the currency exchange statement, butIS NOT OBLIGATEDto pay it in the banknotes specified by the client.
8. The company reserves the right to refuse damaged banknotes and to decline to perform the currency exchange if the banknotes do not pass the staff’s inspection.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Article III

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR), which repeals Directive 95/46/EC, and in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, we hereby inform our clients that:

1. Providing your email address serves solely to enable us to respond to your message.
2. We do not use your email address for marketing purposes and do not share it with third parties.
3. By providing your email address, you consent to its processing for the purpose of receiving a response from the Company.
